All Returns Are Subject to Fast Kitchen hoods Inc Policies.

All hoods are custom built to the customers specifications. Thus, all sales are final. Fast Kitchen hoods Inc reserves the right to allow a return upon a customer's request. But this will incur a 30% restocking fee and all shipping fees and shipping arrangement will be the responsibility of the customer/purchaser. Return privileges are subject to pre-approval. Fast Kitchen Hoods Inc reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on our return policy. Be sure to ask the Sales Representative about specific return conditions before purchasing any item.

Packaging of Pre approved Returns

All returns must be 100% complete, contain ALL original boxes, products, components and packing material and have a pre- authorized RMA number issued by your sales representative. Incomplete returns, used products, or products not in new condition cannot be returned for credit. Fast Kitchen hoods Inc will refuse any return of items that do not meet the aforementioned requirements.

Nonrefundable Charges

Shipping charges are nonrefundable. The Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges; therefore, all returns must be shipped prepaid. Fast Kitchen hoods Inc recommends that the Customer return products via a trackable service with appropriate insurance. Fast Kitchen hoods Inc is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.

Return Privileges for Non-Defective Items

All non-defective returns authorized by Fast Kitchen hoods Inc will be assessed a minimum 30% restocking fee, and must be authorized for return within 30 days from date of receipt. No refunds will be issued after such 30 day period. Authorization may be obtained by contacting the sales representative. The Customer will be issued a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, which is valid for 10 days. Failure to return a product within such 10 day authorization period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
